Not worth the money

Last week, I returned my second keurig supreme plus because it stopped working, just like the first one. Very frustrating to upgrade to a newer model and go through 2 of them in less than a year. Keurig offered a replacement however I went back to the keurig k-elite which is the one I had before. Sometimes it’s good to stay with the old-school items. Cathy Kennedy
This is my 3rd unit in less then a year. They just stop working, not sure why. The first one stopped working after I cleaned it. The second one just stopped working no reason why. Keruig sent me a new one but if it happens again I want a different model .
Perfect size for countertop and with multiple coffee piercing, delivers great tasting coffee. Also works well with tea and create quick, hot water. The design makes I a great conversation starter for your next party.
The old unit did not work after I tried to use it without the water reservoir being in place. I made a call to Keurig, the rep asked for the serial number and then offered a replacement. The return mailing label arrived via email the same day and the new unit within 3 days. I could not have asked for better service. Incidentally, we love this unit. It is the third Keurig we have owned and the best - love it not heating water unnecessarily.
This replaced one that stop working during the descaling process. So happy to see you stand behind your product and your warranty. I had a new coffee maker on my doorstep the next day and this one works so much better than the original one ever did! Love it.
