Stopped Working Entirely Won't Turn On

I have only had mine a couple of years, maybe 2-3 years. It is the same stainless steel model. I went on vacation, stopped using it for 8 days and came back and turned it on. I ran one cycle to flush out old coffee and stagnant water. It brewed a small cup and then just died. I mean died. No lights, no circuit, no power. Dead to the world. I watched a YouTube video with a guy fixing the circuit and resetting a small component and then he showed a 25-minute fast-forward of taking apart the machine to get to that component. It's pretty silly. I'm not sure I want to waste my time under the hood for a possible fix. This is a pretty unreliable product from what I can read here and I second those customer thoughts.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Got 2 of these about 5 months ago and we love them. My wife will be staying in a long term health facility for several months and I got her one of these so she can have a little piece of home there with her. She loves her coffee and was very happy she was taking "her own" K-Supreme with her.

Doesn't live up to it's features

I bought the new K-Supreme Plus due to it's supposed enhanced flavor regarding the 5 water ports and the strength adjustment. I found that regardless of what strength setting is selected, the coffee tastes the same. I also have the Keurig 2.0. The new K-Supreme Plus doesn't deliver any additional flavor then my 2.0. The Supreme Plus is a beautiful machine, but it's advertised enhanced flavor abilities are not evident at all!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy to operate. Programmable for your liking or perhaps your significant other. The multi stream technology is definitely worth investing in. Keurig make wonderful coffee machine's.

Disappointed - slow brew, not more flavorful

As a very long time Keurig user (well more than 10 years), I was intrigued by this new product and the promise to provide a more flavorful brew as a result of the multiple water streams. The machine itself is sleek, well-built and has nice controls. However, it brews much slower than my current Keurig machine and the brew is no more flavorful or hotter. It also streams out a bit of clear water prior to delivering the darker brew. My wife and I both prefer the brew from our current machine. That's very disappointing because we had great expectations. I plan to return the product, which is something I very rarely do.

Was surprised at how easy the machine was to program both of our espresso tastes. This replaced another Keurig machine, that was still operating every day.

I have had 3 or 4 Keurigs now and this is my favorite one. It is very quiet and brews quickly. Love the handle on the water reservoir. Always take our Keurig with us when we vacation, so appreciate the small size.
