I had a problem with my Keurig. I contacted customer service and we determined that it should be replaced. The replacement arrived very quickly and I am very happy to have mm Keurig back again.
I bought the original coffee maker at a big box store and after 3 months by using bottle water the machine could not be cleared from the message "decalcify". I used all the products recommended to clean the machine several times, but it did not work. The message kept reappearing. Called the company and they immediately helped, sent a new machine within days. Can't be happier with customer service. Hope that this replacement coffee maker will be better.
We have had Keurigs for many years now, and every so often we get a dud. This is the case with this new one, the Brewer is so agonizingly slow to pour a cup of coffee. It takes about 4-5 minutes to brew a cup.
Shipping was fast, set it did a test of just water to run through first. Hit 12oz and it only brewed about 3oz. Tried brewing again a few times and I can’t get a full cup at all. It only brews a couple ounces. Will be calling again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Overly complicated descaling process

I have had my Keurig now for about 9 months. At first no issues, but it started giving me descaling prompts everyday over the past month. I looked up descaling, found a link, did what it said. But the prompt didn't go away. Called customer service and found out that the model has a specific descaling mode you have to enter and that there is no way to clear out the descale message even if you already did it. So I had to spend another hour going through the whole process again, including a 30 min "rest" period for the brewer to the pump wouldn't overheat.
Overall I would look at buying a lower maintenance brewer that doesn't make you do things over and over but instead gives you the option to clear the message. I know this is minor, but when you end up wasting multiple hours in your day on a coffee maker due to the manufacturer's process, well, it's annoying.
