I bought in April and had a problem in July. Keurig replaced within a couple days without a hassle. So glad they did because I love this upgraded version. The slim design and improved water reservoir is just another plus.

I purchased this in April and had an issue with mine, it stopped working. I called Keurig and they walked me through the process and determined that it was defective. They sent me a brand new one within days! I’m very happy with my K- Supreme coffee maker and Keurig’s great service!

I love, love this coffee maker. It is the third Keurig I have purchased.
However, it had to be replaced, free of charge, when the one I had bought in May stopped working in July.
Keurig Help was responsive in troubleshooting and replacing the defective one I had purchased.
Hopefully there will be smooth sailing now.
Anyway, I love the large water receptical, the ability to program it for different tastes, the compact design. Sure hope this one lasts!
