I was very pleased with how The company honored the warranty, the quick response to the issue and shipment of my replacement maker. That being said, I do hope Keurig will try harder in making a quality product for their customers; as this is the second machine I have had to replace in the almost 20 yrs. of being a loyal Keurig owner/customer. Great customer service at Keurig which is important but so is producing a quality product. If you can’t, then you may want to extend your warranty beyond a year for the customer that keeps coming back.
This is a warranty replacement for a unit that quit working. The warranty relacement process was quick and easy. The Supreme allows choices in coffee strength and temperature as well as cup size. The 3 memory buttons are a convenient feature as well.
We had no issues with the replacement of our new brewer.The original brewer just died during the first descaling operation!!! Customer service was great ,BUT this should not have happen in the first place.
Speaking with your representative was a pleasure. He was knowledgeable and pleasant. The only thing I was displeased with was that after having two machines that were defective and offering to pay extra for a different style unit, I was told that I had to accept the same style unit. Hopefully it will be no problem. The first cup of coffee that I tried to make had coffee grinds all in the cup so it had to be discarded. The delivery of the replacement coffee was uneventful.
