I bought this machine roughly a month before it just stopped working one day. I had been very happy with it but had read many reviews that said they had the same problem with it. I am very nervous this replacement unit will to the same thing. Fingers crossed.

Brews great coffee. Can tailor size, strength, and temperature. Makes great ice coffee (brew on top of cup filled with ice). Quiet and smaller footprint than earlier brewers. Keurig provided great support for replacement under warranty. Love the machine.

My first Keurig was under warranty and stopped working. A Keurig rep was very nice and sent me a new Keurig k-Supreme Plus. It worked for a while but then stopped working. A rep sent me a new part, which worked for two days, but will not turn on
