I purchased a keureg machine. I tried to descale it and the machine got locked out. I called customer service, instant pickup, they replaced the unit within 2 days. Thank you!
We have an older unit that is still working well but we bought a NEW one to upgrade. We are still using the old one as both NEW failed. Both with no power, don't turn on. I have to call and go through the same troubleshooting process to get a replacement but not sure if it is worth the time.
