If you are looking for a Keurig, or never had one, this is model to purchase. After years of utilizing Keurigs, we have found the most useful and practical. Finally, they have designed something that is most user-friendly. It has just enough settings. Easy to read. Easy to clean. Easy to fill. Easy to read any problems with instructions to remedy (like descaling, which is much easier to perform than earlier models). I sit here thinking about what cons to write down, but after five minutes, I have none. They nailed it.
I bought the Keurig Supreme Plus K-cup coffee maker which I love waking up in the morning with a nice hot cup of delicious special brew. Would not go back to the old coffee maker. Thank you Keurig.
I love my Keurig coffee maker! I use it every day and I cannot start my morning routine without it. I did have an issue with my machine though and it would not work anymore. I called Keurig customer service and they resolved my problem so fast and easily! I was impressed with how fast, caring, and helpful they were at fixing my issue. I’m definitely a fan of Keurig and will continue to use their products.
I have been a keurig user for many years and the units just keep getting better. The K supreme plus is nice compact and easy to use. It also brews a great tasting cup of coffee with the right heat setting.
Have used at least 2 and sometimes 3 times a day for my delicious flavorful cups of coffee. The original I received as a Christmas gift. So it had been use daily or over 7 months. I have had two other styles of the Keurig. Nothing was wrong with them, I just Wanted a upgrade. This one has been the best so far. One afternoon if just stopped working. I went online to see if the directions given would get it working. Well the next morning I had to call Keurig. The replacement procedure was so fast and easy. I did have it registered. Within a week I had my brand new replacement Keurig with Multi Stream Technolog I would give it more stars if I had the choice. So happy!
My wife purchased me a new K-Supreme Keurig for Christmas last year. I use it every day. After I "descaled" it once, everything quit working. I called the number for my warranty (even though we had never registered it), and they were very helpful. After giving them a little info about the maker, they sent me a new replacement right away. Good experience!
If the unit would just POUR down the water instead of squirt it out, this problem could be solved. The coffee / water just plops out and goes everywhere. Although this unit heats immediately, the fluid takes a loooooong time to come out. Kind of disappointing for the higher price paid. There’s always something weird with Keurig. Coffee tastes good, that’s a positive.
