Bought this about 6 months ago and then it just died, completely dead. However one call to Kuerig and a new one was sent out within 3 days and absolutely no charge. Great customer service
I had a problem with my Supreme Plus and Keurig was wonderful to work with. I called with my problem on Saturday, sent what paperwork they needed on Sunday and had a new maker on Tuesday.
I have been using Keurig for many years and I LOVE them but this is my absolute favorite one yet! It looks beautiful and the coffee tastes so much better .
Our Keurig up and just quit one day after 6 months, I called customer service and explained it and 5 days later there's a brand new replacement at our door no hassle at all. Great service, will be a Keurig owner for life.
