Customer Service is absolutely astounding! I had a small problem, was fixed in days.. I am planning to buy another one for our RV... I never leave home without it! LOVE!
Bought this K-Supreme Plus in October 2020. Had a problem with it in July 2021. Called Keurig customer service and they were great. A couple of operational questions and they replaced the product. Had it in three days. Excellent warranty service and cordial phone contact.
I appreciate the ease of using the coffee maker and the variety of settings available. Brewing a cup on my Keurig on my K-Supreme Plus device is a good way to start a day.
My Keurig had an issue with reporting that it needed water even after filling the reservoir. After trouble shooting with a representative, and the issue not being resolved, they simply sent me a new one. Much appreciated
