Gifted a Keurig for Christmas, a few weeks ago it just stopped working. I tried all their great troubleshooting guides, none worked. I called their service line and explained the issue, returned the broken one and had a brand new one delivered! Most quick, easy and painless return I've ever had to do!

It makes great coffee but who wants a coffee pot that you’ve got to clean up a 6 inch radius every time you make a cup of coffee, I have had many Keurig‘s and this is the first one that I have had that just splatters everywhere. Keurig sent me a new one but this one does the same thing. It just makes a horrendous mess and it’s not worth a good cuppa coffee.

We absolutely love the Supreme Plus. Received for Christmas last year and it always made awesome coffee. Until it didn't. Sad day. But then Keurig came thru and sent a replacement to us. Happy days again.
The flawed machine is en route back to Kuerig and I am hopeful that the Keurig engineers will recognize and be able to rectify what must be a design flaw, or maybe a material defect for those of us who almost exclusively use the refillable My K-Cups, whose rim is not as beefy as that on the pod holder, which is, I think, what causes our particular issue. I don't think folks who almost exclusively use the disposable k-cups would have the same issue we've experienced, so if that's you, don't be afraid to make this purchase.
I appreciate Keurig's Corporate Customer Care team (special thanks to Kayla) giving our issue the appropriate attention and working with us to make this right.
Back to the machine. Again, awesome coffee. With 5 brew sizes, 3 temperature settings and 3 strength settings, there's no way to not get a cuppa exactly like you want it. The Over Ice function makes a superb iced coffee as well. The very generous capacity of the water tank means you don't have to fill it quite as often.

This is by far the best coffee maker I have ever bought! I love the design of this model! I also love the fact that the coffee maker tells me when things need to be done, not me trying to remember when I did it last. I have owned at least 3-4 different models over the years and they just keep getting better!

I’m on my 4th replacement Keurig Supreme Plus in less then a year. There is a defective park which is causing a short in this particular model. Buyer beware!
