Great Coffee Machine if it would just work

Purchased my first K-Supreme in October of 2020. Made awesome coffee. 4 wks later it died. Would not turn on no matter what I tried. Got a replacement unit in December. It is now Feb 22 2021 and guess what. It died just like my first one. It is a shame as this one of their best coffee machines. It just does not last longer than a few months.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Stopped working

I loved this machine until it stopped working. Descale message came on, attempted to descale and now my machine won’t turn back on. It’s completely dead.

Disappointed

I purchased this coffee maker about a week ago. I had it for 2 days and it stopped working. It wouldn't even turn on and I tried using several different outlets and checked my fist box. The problem was the coffee maker. I have upgradedy Keurig every 3 -4 years and I pass the current one to family members. I had already given my K250 so I was left with no coffee maker. I am so disappointed in this company right now. I read other reviews about the coffee makers suddenly stop working, but with the experience I've had with the products I figured - no way that can happen. Now look at me. I called customer service and they are sending me a new one but I can't shake the fact that this happened and if I even want to own a Keurig anymore. I really hope this new does not go out too. I am not confident in the product right now. If this happens again, I just want my money back and I'm done with Keurig

Stopped working

I bought the coffee maker in October 2020 but only started using it about a month ago and it's already stopped working. It won't power on and it's not the power source. So disappointed as the last Keurig lasted for years and I was very pleased with the features. I don't recommend this one and probably won't purchase another Keurig

Menu buttons are easy to see and punch. Brewing process is right there on top of the coffee maker with the ability to change settings quickly and easily without having to drill down in multilevel menus. Brewer heats really fast compared to our prev models. There is a huge water reservoir and the brewer doesnt take up a lot of cabinet space. Im very happy with my purchase.

Excellent Brewer!

Speaking as a coffee connoisseur.I would say this brews a much better cup of coffee then previous brewers ever could do a cup of coffee. I love me a french press, with fresh ground coffee too.
This design of multi port stream, brings this whole pod coffee thingto a whole new level. Keurig coffee was a quick fix cup of Java in the mornin'. This is a very good cup of coffee now. It's not a french press, I can't take anything from that. But for a pod coffee system. That is quick. This is an amazing cup of coffee.
For as amazing of a brewer this is. It could still be improved. For suggestion. I'd like to see 14 ounces availible for sure. Amongst other idea's. Multi-stream is the wave of the future for quick brew systems. Thank you for the much needed improvement!

Splatters every where

I bought this coffee maker and love the coffee maker but it splatters coffee everywhere. It makes a huge mess while making any size cup of coffee. Coffee splatters all over kitchen counter.
