I received coffee maker as a gift for Christmas and within 6 months it was not working I call and received quality customer service and a replacement within a week thank you
Nice and quite. Not as hot as I like coffee, only gets to 172. On the strongest brew it really isn't strong. My Elite made hotter and stronger coffee. If you use a mug the coffee does splash on the counter but I sloved that by using a yeti 16 oz. mug. Not sure it is worth the price. The coffee isn't any better but the handle on the water tank is nice and it really is quiet. There is no auto but found that is no big deal. I turn it on and make coffee right away and it is hot, not as hot as I am used to but hot. I have only tried 2 dark roast coffees so I will keep trying till I find a strong coffee using this brewer. So I will review in a couple months as so many have said it breaks in that time frame. We will wait and see.

Replacement for u it that was less than a year old, no hassle replacement. Makes the best coffee of any unit we have had, strong is strong and hot is hot…. Great coffee from a little cup.
