The multi stream brew system makes this the best cup of coffee ever. However we are now on our 4th replacement brewer....with that being said Keurig always replaces brewer just wish it was more prompt as going without coffee is a bummer and our old Keurig brewer does not compare in taste.

The Keurig Single Plus was given as a Christmas gift last year. After a few months it stopped working. Contacted Keurig and after showing receipt they rushed a new machine in a total of 4 days and requested me to dispose of the old one. Thank you Keurig!
