My 6 month old machine stopped working while I was “descaling” it. The Keurig rep walked me through the trouble shooting steps to no avail. A replacement was sent promptly.
I don’t like to leave a negative review for kuerig because the company is very accommodating. But this model has just up and stopped working only a couple of months. Each of three times they replaced it for us.
This stopped working 5 mos after purchase. We LOVED the machine and used it everyday. The warranty process was easy and we were so happy to receive a new machine!!!
