I got this as a Christmas gift and it is great I had a problem with it got fried doing the first descaling but with the lady from Keurig on the phone at the time it happened and they sent me a new one it's all good great machine very happy with it I was very lonely till I got it back. I love the removable water picture it makes it great for cleaning and no light on it eliminates that bacteria that can grow with the other types of units easy to keep clean
