I had only had my Keurig about 5 months and it stopped working, hey, it is electronics, and the customer service with the warranty was fantastic. Very easy to work with and to understand on the phone. Went through a couple quick trouble shooting steps, and then viola, straight to a seamless replacement. Received replacement within the week. Thank you so much for being so refreshingly easy to work with. I felt that as a customer, I was valued and they stand behind their product.
