Absolutely love this coffee maker! It is user friendly. It has great settings for different size cups, love the filter it comes with, love the clear water reservoir! It is not to big and not to small....it doesn't take up a lot of space!

I bought the k-supreme plus single serve coffee maker approx 4 or 5 months ago. Unfortunately it totally stopped working (no power) after a 1st time descaling cleaner using the Kuerig descaler products. I called customer service (since I knew I had registered the coffee maker at the time of purchase). A replacement was sent approx. 1 week later and now I am enjoying my coffee again.

After a series of Keurig coffee makers this one is the best so far! Simple, but with all the features we need and not a lot of options that we would never use. Great tasting coffee! One "oh by the way" that caused the four stars; where in the world is the user manual? It seems as if I need to do anything with the coffee maker I must go on-line to research what I'm requiring.

I have never been so impressed with a Company and the service I got from the first call I made . At first I was a lil disappointed that the machine broke after a few months . Especially since I've had the Regular models for 10 yrs since they first came out . But when I saw the new machine I needed it and got it for Christmas . But like I said I've never been happier with the way I was taken care of and that you stand behind your product as I will from now on . Keurig Customer for LIFE
