Our K-Supreme Plus coffee maker, purchased in January 2021, began failing about 3-1/2 months afterwards. (This despite descaling it regularly as per Keurig's instructions). At first, the coffee maker began making less than the programmed brew size. Then it began brewing only a few drops before ending the brew cycle. Running the descale program, at this point, seemed to help for a couple of minutes, but then the coffee maker would not power on at all.
I immediately called Keurig customer support. After running thru a couple of troubleshooting steps, the rep confirmed the coffee maker needed to be replaced. She said I'd get an email requesting a photo of the receipt or a photo of the coffee maker's serial number, which I provided within an hour.
Approximately 7 days later I received an email indicating a warranty replacement coffee maker was being sent, and three days after that the replacement unit arrived. I did have to send the failed coffee maker back to Keurig, which was easy because they provided a link for UPS to scan and print the mailing label. (No charge for the UPS return)..
So while I'm disappointed the coffee maker failed after less than 6 months, I'm super happy Keurig honored their warranty and replaced the unit quickly.
I love my Keurig Supreme Plus, but something went wrong with it. I had registered my warranty and after a brief Q&A on phone with Keurig, a brand new replacement machine was en route to me. My daughter loves mine so much she is buying one for herself after buying a much more expensive model that is fussier to use. She was always coming over with coffee cup in hand to use my machine!
I’ve had 4 different Keurig coffee makers over the years and the supreme is by far the best! Coffee is delicious, you can control the strength, temperature, and cup size. And it stores your preference so there is no need to enter it with every cup…how great is that!!! I believe the coffee is slow brewed with more holes in the pod, which gives the Bree a fuller flavor. Can’t go wrong with this Keurig!!
I was excited for the temperature settings unfortunately they make little to no difference whichever setting you choose, iced coffee feature just drops temp to like 143 degrees (still hot) just melts over ice and "cools" like 2 minutes faster, if that, suoer gimmick. Isn't worth the price point and the coffee comes out SUPER slow compared to all my past Keurigs. Was disappointed to be honest.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Coffee is not hot

This coffee maker does not brew a hot cup of coffee, even on the hottest setting. We now have to pre- heat the cup with creamer in the microwave before brewing. Our older model Keurig did not have this problem. We would not recommend this brewer.

After owning another Keurig over ten years, and been happy with it, I craved a stronger cup of coffee. This five prong technology is great! Not only can we control the strength of the brew, but also the temperature including an “over ice” feature. The convenience of the removal and repositionable water reservoir is a plus. Highly recommend.
