Our Keurig stopped working when we inserted a k-cup and it did not puncture the seal and we could not get it to reset. Keurig sent us a brand new one and the shipping label to send the broken one back. They are the best and I would not buy another brand.
I am so happy with this coffee maker! It is just simply perfect! Added bonus? It’s BEAUTIFUL!!! So much beauty and power in a sleek design! Hands down….it’s much better than previous models. It makes my old one look HUGE and BULKY!
After nearly a year, our single serve brewer had an epic fail. Called customer service--on a HOLIDAY--and got the best service rep on the planet. Had a replacement shipped to us at no cost and we are back to our morning dark roast and loving it.
My original K-Supreme Plus stopped working so had to replace it
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nit what I expected

I bought this last week and already it malfunction. I like that it had new features but the problem is there are 5 Puncture holes into the pod but only one in the bottom to drain it took too long to make a cup of coffee. When I put a new pot in it to make a cup of coffee it wasn’t draining fast enough so all the coffee went all over the place and made such a mess so I don’t recommend the style
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Please note that for best results, we recommend one time use with our K-Cup pods. A twice-brewed pod won’t provide full flavor and if the pod holder isn’t lined up with the original holes it can cause an overflow of water and coffee grounds.
