Our first one failed. They sent us a second one under warranty and this one spits and makes a mess never consistent coffee volume or taste. I just don’t get it…
I had an older model -- I never would have believed the improvements would be so significant.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Descaling process does not work

I am on my second key rig in the last 6 months. I will not purchase a key rig again because the descaling process does not work and the amount of time it takes to do this is absurd. I have had 2 Kerrigan in the past 6 months. The replacement I received in March I am already descaling for the second time. I have just gone through 4 refills to clean and descale still comes up and the coffee I can make tastes terrible. I normally do not give reviews to products unless I feel really strongly about it. I am so frustrated!
Have to say y’all are the best bought this coffee pot fell in love and when I couldn’t get it to work y’all were to my rescue and had another to me very quickly and back to having coffee in no time thank you
I was greatly enjoying my K Supreme Plus but strangely, when doing the second de-scaling it suddenly cut the power. I phoned the factory for advice on what to do. They guided me very kindly and at the end they simply stated that they would send a replacement machine. They did and I am again enjoying the wonderful K Supreme Plus.
