I was greatly enjoying my K Supreme Plus but strangely, when doing the second de-scaling it suddenly cut the power. I phoned the factory for advice on what to do. They guided me very kindly and at the end they simply stated that they would send a replacement machine. They did and I am again enjoying the wonderful K Supreme Plus.
Got this machine as a warranty replacement for the first one that quit working. Machine worked great for 3 cups of coffee. Then started not dispensing the correct amount. After the 10th cup made it said to descale.( This is the same issue the first unit had.) Then once completing the descaling process the machine shutoff on would not turn back on. Will update when resolving issue with Keurig
This is my third one in less than a year. Keurig has been very good in replacing the faulty ones. Do not let the water get too low because it shorts it self out and will not work. I will always buy Keurig but this specific one not impressed.
I bought this in December and loved it. However it just stopped working after 6 Mos. I contacted Keurig and they were terrific. I Proved purchase and thay sent replacement at no charge. They stood behind their product! I would continue to purchase their products based on my experience and the fact it's a great coffee maker. Love the temperature button!
