Had a problem with my machine and called Keurig as I have received good phone help addressing an issue with a previous unit. This one could not be resolved - fixed and they shipped me a brand new unit! Hassle free! Very impressed w/ the service!
I bought my machine for a Christmas present and it stopped working in June. But Keurig replaced it in just2 days with a brand new machine. All it took was just one phone call and I had anew machine without any cost not even shipping. They are really a great company that went above and beyond .

This was a warranty replacement of incorrect type. It replaced a dual(full carrafe) type unit with a single unit. It worked for a couple of days and then suddenly quit pushing water out the main needle. It basically made brownish water while throwing water everywhere while brewing. I called customer service and it was determined that the unit should be replaced. I was put on hold and after several minutes, I was told someone from a different department would call 3 back at 3:30. That was 4 days ago. No one has called. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND QUALITY. Fortunately my Nespresso machine works great. It is older that the Kurigg Company.
Have been using Keurig coffee makers for many years (I think this is our 4th Keurig) and was visiting my son when I first saw this new incantation. Loved the coffee and the variable adjustments so couldn’t wait to get my own. Needless to say, I was not disappointed. Keep up the good work.
Correct was drawing power from the house when being used and eventually shorted out had to get it replaced. Had the call customer care about three times over the course of a week but finally got my replacement.
