Absolutely love this coffee maker, so we were extremely bummed when we had an issue shortly after receiving it. But no worries quick phone call and they had new one in the mail the same day! Thanks guys greatest coffee maker ever!
After calling the support number and speaking to someone about my issue with my Keurig K supreme I was very happy to find out it was still under warranty and I got a brand new one. The disco option on this new coffee maker is an issue. I had to look up a YouTube video to be able to actually do it. Very much a Keurig person I love my coffee maker and my k-cups.
we used our machine until it broke. a new one was sent out promply. all that was needed was a photo of the info on the bottom of the machine. customer service was very helpful.
