Called Keurig when my newly purchased maker stopped working and immediately I was told to send them a picture of the serial # and receipt if I had it and they would send me a brand new machine. It was easy & wonderful.
This is my second appliance and so far, as with my first, I am quite pleased with it as a brewer. My first one, however, simply stopped working after six months. Customer service was excellent, and worked with me in getting it replaced. So far this machine is functioning to expectation.
