Have been using Keurig coffee makers for many years (I think this is our 4th Keurig) and was visiting my son when I first saw this new incantation. Loved the coffee and the variable adjustments so couldn’t wait to get my own. Needless to say, I was not disappointed. Keep up the good work.
Correct was drawing power from the house when being used and eventually shorted out had to get it replaced. Had the call customer care about three times over the course of a week but finally got my replacement.
I bought this last Christmas after being a Keuting user for the past 8 years. This unit is much simpler to operate and makes better coffee… technology has moved forward! Plus my wife never liked the look of my old Keuring but likes the new unit! I went to descale the unit when it directed me but the process ended in a total failure. Customer Service with Keuring has been wonderful and they replaced the unit and extended the warranty for a full year!
I have had Keurig coffee makers for years an the K-Supreme Plus makes better coffee. Some people have complained that they are slower but if you add the time the older ones take to preheat the water the brew time is about the same to make one cup. I also like that it shuts off quickly after a cup has completed.
This coffee maker does make a really great cup of coffee, only issue I've been having is getting the descaling error a lot. I've had 2 of these previous coffee makers go bad due to this problem, they were both under warranty but still the error was tiring. I'm hoping this coffee make will last for me and my wife for a long long time. This last warranty exchange service technician was very nice and helpful, thank you !!
My Keurig descale light stayed on even after I cleaned it multiple times and tried to reset it with the help of the service department. I called and since it was still under warranty Keurig set another one to me ASAP !
