I am really happy with a replacement. It turned out to be an easy process. I was worried that I will wait for ages for my breakfast coffee, but after a week new coffee maker was delivered.
This K-Supreme Model was given to us as a gift for working with Covid Patients during the Pandemic. It was so great to have a delicious cup of coffee right in our break room! Coffee tastes so delicious and the aroma fills up our lunchroom while brewing! We all love this model as it has extra features and a clear water reservoir.
Called Keurig when my newly purchased maker stopped working and immediately I was told to send them a picture of the serial # and receipt if I had it and they would send me a brand new machine. It was easy & wonderful.
