I admit that I was a little apprehensive buying this unit be cause of the fact that it did not have an auto on or clock. However Keurig has stepped it up as soon as the top is lifted the unit turns on and within second of installing a pod coffee is dripping, the preprogramed buttons are a nice added feature. Bottom line I am very happy with this unit, they have exceeded my expectations, WELL DONE KEURIG. (It makes a great HOT cup of coffee as well)

Complete Fail by Keurig

Should have listened to other poor reviews. Purchased two weeks ago and worked until today. Coffee maker just stopped brewing and will not power back up. Have moved to other outlets and still nothing. Same issues as multiple people have experienced. This is a complete fail by Keurig and product should be recalled with this many failures. Will be returning and looking to replace with a different brand.

No Power

I bought this machine about 3 months ago and loved it until today. Went to make a cup of coffee and the power shut off and would not turn back on. Very frustrating for how much I paid for it.

Bought this coffeemaker because my old Keurig was starting to show its age. I'm surprised at how much better this coffeemaker is. Many advantages. Most importantly it makes better Have had maker for one month. It's terrific! Makes better tasting coffee. Water reservoir, with a handle, is larger and much easier to handle. More compact and virtually no noise when it's processing. Controls are much better thought out. Love it!

Didn't even get to use!

I was very excited to get this machine with the new multistream technology. I opened the box, followed all directions, and started the machine. It turned on, the screen said it was brewing, and then turned off. It smelled like burning plastic and would not turn back on no matter what I did. I have now read MANY reviews that are similar to mine and that many of these machines are defective upon purchase. I am very disappointed and will not be buying another.
Broken after 2 days. Electric component on/off will not turn on. Second time to replace a Keurig

Terrible

Purchased 3 months ago machine has had me descale twice (which HOW?) each time I've used the proper descaling solution no vinegar short cuts, and i still get a 2 oz cup of coffee that is supposed to be 12 oz. it will brew properly with out a pod but is a terrible machine overall.
