This was a replacement for the first one we got that had fatal defect and stopped working shortly after we bought it. Warranty replacement was simple and easy and we received a new one quickly. So far it works great. We are very pleased we this machine and with the great customer service we received. Thank you!
Customer service was great! Service rep walked me through a troubleshooting sequence prior to returning my Keurig. All packaging and return steps were clearly described. New Keurig arrived promptly and was very well packaged. Sent my old unit back using replacement box and return was easy and convenient. Am happy with new unit and enjoying my coffee once again.
We have always had a coffee maker in our trailer. We received an email to upgrade to the K Supreme Plus. We loved the 5 holes which we think makes better tasting coffee. However the third time we went to use the Coffee Maker it would not turn on. I thought this is going to be a hassle. I was so wrong. I called and let them know what happened they tried to help over the phone and once they found it was not fixable they shipped me a new one and I had it before the next camping trip. Original purchase would not turn on. I called for assistance and spoke with a very knowledgeable agent. After checking a few items, she advised me it was still under warranty and would be sending me a new unit! It arrived within a week. Excellent customer service and great warranty. Thank you.
This unit replaced an older Keurig model and the new multi-stream technology is exactly what was needed. Preferred/saved strength and brew temperatures makes it an outstanding choice for an everyday coffee maker.
I bought this in Dec and within 2 weeks after the unit failed this past month it was replaced with a new unit. Not alot of questions and simple instructions to follow for replacement. Customer service more than happy to help so I could get a replacement as quickly as possible.
