I love this coffee maker when it works. Mine just stopped working after a few months but when I called Keurig I was met with the number of hoops I had to jump to to receive a replacement! After 3 days I finally found someone who agreed to send me a new coffee maker

I love this coffee maker the much larger water container is the best l also am enjoying a much more flavorful cup of coffee with the extra holes this puts in the pods and alliws more flavor to come out. Everything about this Keurig l love. Absolutely no complaints at all oh yes l do like the much smaller area it takes on my counter

I have been using a Kuerig brewer since the original design. It is the most convenient, flexible, and quick way to brew coffee. This latest version, K-Supreme is a big improvement over the previous one: It begins to dispense coffee much quicker, and lots of ways to brew: Stronger, hotter, cup size all easy to choose, and 3 programmable options so you don't have to remember your choice. The only issue is the option button lights go dim too quickly during the dark hours.

This replacement Brewer was under warranty from the original which had a great multi stream action going on when I first took it out of the box. This replacement brewer works but it doesn’t have a good stream of coffee coming out like the original one did it burnt out. I would have to say Keurig needs some time to iron this K supreme plus out, I haven’t been impressed at all with it. I’m sorry to say. From other reviews I’ve read, seems to be common problems of brewer just quit working with no power at at. I loved the taste difference in the first one, but during de-scaling it, the unit literally start smoking and would not ever turn on again?
