We were unhappy with the first keurig supreme plus which was not performing as promised after 3 months. Replacement for my Kuerig

I was probably on my 4th or fifth Kuerig. I would replace or upgrade to a newer version every so often. We love our Kuerig and use it every day. I had upgrade to a new one in December 2020. Light was on to descale. I descaled & after the process the light wouldn't shut off. I tried everything I could think of. I even unplugged & plugged back in. Nothing changed. I thought I would just let it go & ignore it. Later I decided to call Kuerig. Wow, I was so surprised when I explained what had happened she said ok I will send you a new today. I was able to ship the old one after I received the new one in the shipping box. I have never, ever had a such great experience with any product that went bad.
