Keurig is true to their work product , product development and commitment to customer satisfaction. We were unhappy with the first keurig supreme plus which was not performing as promised after 3 months. After walking us through a thorough walkthrough to determine the background to our problem, the product was promptly replaced and return paperwork issued to expedite the return process. Thank you.
Keurig reacted to the warranty replacement request the way that I wish more companies would behave. With responsibility, and the desire to maintain customer satisfaction. This in turn makes me want to recommend the product and company with full confidence.
I was probably on my 4th or fifth Kuerig. I would replace or upgrade to a newer version every so often. We love our Kuerig and use it every day. I had upgrade to a new one in December 2020. Light was on to descale. I descaled & after the process the light wouldn't shut off. I tried everything I could think of. I even unplugged & plugged back in. Nothing changed. I thought I would just let it go & ignore it. Later I decided to call Kuerig. Wow, I was so surprised when I explained what had happened she said ok I will send you a new today. I was able to ship the old one after I received the new one in the shipping box. I have never, ever had a such great experience with any product that went bad. I love the Keurig Supreme. You can set the strength and temperature easily. Good looking and less of a footprint on my small counter space. I would like to add that the customer service this company provides is excellent.
