This is a warranty replacement for my original K-Supreme Plus Single Serve Coffee Maker which I loved until after 7 months it died. The replacement, which I feel must be a rebuild, has a noxious plastic smell and even makes the coffee / tea taste noxious. I have tried using the Keurig special cleaners and running unmeasurable amounts of water thru it but nothing takes the smell and odd taste away.
I love this model of the Keurig and was broken hearted when it stopped working. But Keurig replaced it with an identical one, and I am more than happy with the results.
Easy to set up and easy to use. Right out of the box, started right up and makes a great cup of coffee. We get to choose what coffee flavor we want each morning and, voila. But, we went on vacation for 10 days and when we came back. it wouldn't start anymore. Had to call Keurig and they sent us a new one, then we had to send the other one back. All that was a big hassle but overall worth it. The new one works just as good as the first one did. Thanks Keurig! Oh, we got the Keurig Supreme Plus so we can make our cup of coffee stronger if needed, and choose from a wide variety of cup sizes. Glad we got the Supreme plus.
I bought this coffee maker and it stopped brewing after 6 months. I had kept the receipt where I bought it and all I had to do is send a picture of the receipt, brewer and serial number and they did not hesitate to replace it. Thank you so much for the warranty. The new one works great!
Our K-Supreme quit working while under warranty, may have been operator error! However, the support team was great and promptly sent out a replacement unit. It’s working great. Very pleased with the service and speed!
