I bought my k-supreme plus about 6 months ago and it quit working not sure why. But they replaced it within 2 weeks. I received a new one. Love my keurig !
I bought this and had it for 6 weeks or so and it wouldnt turn on. I contact the company and they had me a new one in less than a week. Great customer service. Hoping this one is a winner cuz I love this system
I’ve had several Keurig coffee makers over the years. I must say I like this model best. I get a perfect bold cup every time. I had a technical issue with my original K Supreme Plus and was not happy. Keurig did honor my warranty & sent a replacement. I am now happy again & looking forward to many cups of perfect tasting coffee
I purchased a K-Supreme Plus brewer at Christmas. It worked great for about 4 months. One morning it would not power on. I followed all the YouTube instructions to reset but nothing would work. I called the Keurig customer service number and explained my problem. They walked me through some test steps but the machine would not power on. They asked me to send photos of the machine and serial number. I did as requested and they sent me a replacement for no charge. It works great. I am happy with the unit and Keurig’s customer service. Thank you.
My keurig that was about 8 months old broke, so I called and the warranty was not yet expired. It was an easy phone call and I received my new one and it works perfectly. Excellent customer service.
I bought my first K-Supreme about two months ago, when it suddenly stopped working. I was amazed how fast they replaced the defective one, with a brand new one. I’m very happy!
This brewer is probably the most versatile we have owned. Options as to temperature, strength and size is probably all you could need, plus the ability to store up to 3 different preference settings. The enhanced pins certainly do make a great flavor difference. Highly recommend this unit for all coffee lovers.
