I bought my 1st one in December and loved it. Unfortunately it quit working in May but was under warranty.. I contacted Keurig and they quickly responded. I love the new one and hope it lasts
I received my K-Supreme Plus Single Serve Coffee Maker as a gift six months ago. It just stopped working for no reason at all. I called and they sent me another one right away.
I love this coffee maker when it works. Mine just stopped working after a few months but when I called Keurig I was met with the number of hoops I had to jump to to receive a replacement! After 3 days I finally found someone who agreed to send me a new coffee maker
Nice design but K-Supreme plus is a dud. Went through two brewers and had enough. Decided to try to get a commercial brewer. Supposed to be built more robust according to Keurig. Heck of a time getting in touch with corporate office
I love this coffee maker the much larger water container is the best l also am enjoying a much more flavorful cup of coffee with the extra holes this puts in the pods and alliws more flavor to come out. Everything about this Keurig l love. Absolutely no complaints at all oh yes l do like the much smaller area it takes on my counter
I have been using a Kuerig brewer since the original design. It is the most convenient, flexible, and quick way to brew coffee. This latest version, K-Supreme is a big improvement over the previous one: It begins to dispense coffee much quicker, and lots of ways to brew: Stronger, hotter, cup size all easy to choose, and 3 programmable options so you don't have to remember your choice. The only issue is the option button lights go dim too quickly during the dark hours.
