I bought my first K-Supreme about two months ago, when it suddenly stopped working. I was amazed how fast they replaced the defective one, with a brand new one. I’m very happy!
This brewer is probably the most versatile we have owned. Options as to temperature, strength and size is probably all you could need, plus the ability to store up to 3 different preference settings. The enhanced pins certainly do make a great flavor difference. Highly recommend this unit for all coffee lovers.
We purchased a K-Supreme Plus in December 2020. This was the third Keurig coffee maker we bought. We have never had any issues until this new one one day, after four months, just wouldn't turn on. Customer service at Keurig were great. They understood my problem, helped us through getting information to them and they replaced our K-Supreme Plus no question asked. Thank you Keurig
