We got a K-Supreme Plus single serve coffee maker and after a month the descaling light came on. After descaling several times nothing worked. We called and Cherrie helped us. We tried several different solutions and nothing worked! She sent a new maker to us. Thank you for the help.
This was a warranty replacement for one I had previously had for 6 months and then died unexpectedly. This one (same model) works better than the previous one ever did. Not sure if they made some evolutionary improvements or not, but this one is wonderful.
I bought this item (which I love) in September, 2020. Unfortunately, it needed to be replaced. I was very impressed with the no hassle warranty replacement process.
