This is the worst coffee machine. I was originally excited thinking I was getting an upgrade and nice new machine. This thing sucks. It splatters coffee everywhere! All over your countertops. I returned it for a replacement thinking the first one was faulty or broken. Nope. Just a crappy product. The replacement machine does it too.
My 6 month old KS Plus imploded during its first descale, which was a bummer-but Keurig customer service was great and mailed me out a replacement unit right away, I really appreciate them standing behind their product!
This is my third Keurig coffee maker. I really did not need a fourth but I could not help myself, I had to give the K- Supreme Plus a try and I'm glad I did. It is by far and away worth the money, I love it. The functionality is great and brews an outstanding cup of coffee. Customer support has been outstanding and I appreciate their fucus on the customer.
I was so excited to use this this new product. The first one we bought stopped working the first two weeks, we received a replacement from Keurig (same model) and that one only worked for two days!
I am a coffee lover. My sister gave me the K-supreme plus for Christmas. All around amazing coffee maker. I love it. The first descale light stopped the machine from working entirely. It was replaced under warranty after going through basic troubleshooting w/customer support. They were awesome. It was a quick process. I would rate it 5 if it weren't for the fluke.
