Received my Keurig for a Christmas gift and it broke down not sure what happened called customer service after about a 10 minute phone call everything was taken care of and I had a replacement sent to me within 10 days and the machine works great, good coffee and great customer service!
I was super sad when my K-Supreme Plus just died on my all of the sudden. I had only had it for 2 months. They made it very easy to get a new one with no additional cost to me.
I love the features of this coffee pot. My husband drinks his coffee very strong. I like my coffee very hot. We had a problem with our original coffee maker and it was replaced right away.
