I can’t say enough about the customer service and warranty assistance I received with this model. Excellent and easy process to follow and the employees I spoke with were great.
Wish it brewed the coffee quicker.. coffee taste better just to slow brewing

My K-cup keurig supreme went out on me and I thought it was gonna be a nightmare to get it replaced but let me tell you it was the total opposite! Their customer service was a dream and got me a replacement right away! Shipping seemed like it took forever but it wasn’t.
This is a warranty replacement for a Keurig we bought in October. We have bought Keurig coffee makers over the years and have always been very satisfied with their products and now their warranty and customer service.
