My Brewer stopped working after about 4 months. When I called Keurig, they had me do some trouble shooting, when it didn’t help, they said no problem, since it was under Warranty, and sent me a new one. It is so important to register your appliances.
I love my K Supreme plus, not only because of its enhanced features, but because I can remove the bottom tray and use my tall, insulated coffee mug under it. Fine product, and terrific service on warranty replacement.
The first one I had did not work right, it would only give about 2 to 4 oz when 12 was selected the one that was sent as a replacement works very well .
I hope this 1 works after i descale it. The last one was working good until indecided tondescale it. Then it just turned off amd never powered up. Hope this one dont do it i went 3wks without coffee. Smh
I bought the keurig seven months ago. It started saying descale about 3 weeks in. I followed the directions and descaled multiple times, but it continued to say descale. I ignored it and continued to use the keurig. It started giving less than the amount requested and then started making a funny sound, like a pump failure. Customer service, after going thru multiple, multiple descalings on the phone- using 6 descale pods & 2 bottles of keurig cleaner, said they would send a replacement machine. Exactly 2 days after receiving the new machine, the old keurig had no power at all. I appreciated the new keurig and I really like this model. I currently have 3 other keurigs. I hope they have better longevity.
