Allows control over size of brew, strength of brew, and heat of brew, and preferences can be stored. Plus, I can't say enough about their excellent customer service! Maybe there are better ways to make coffee, but I'll stick with the consistency&quality of Keurig.

This will be the 3rd one of this model that I have received. The other 2 just quit working. NO POWER, NO NOTHING. WITHIN 9 months. There has to be some kind of issue with the electronics/board if 2 have quit working doing the same thing. I will NEVER purchase another Keurig.

This is an exact replacement for my "new, from last fall" coffee maker. I love this new design, more streamlined and more choices of oz. strength, and saving favorites. My coffee maker from last fall just pooped out, and, upon calling customer service, was told what to do after some trouble shooting. Replacement was smooth and quick. Back to making the wonderful coffee.

This product is malfunctioning. It is only producing about 2 ounces of liquid when using the k cups. Considering it is a replacement it hasn’t lasted a week. Very disappointed. We had the Vue which lasted for years with no problems.
