I bought the keurig seven months ago. It started saying descale about 3 weeks in. I followed the directions and descaled multiple times, but it continued to say descale. I ignored it and continued to use the keurig. It started giving less than the amount requested and then started making a funny sound, like a pump failure. Customer service, after going thru multiple, multiple descalings on the phone- using 6 descale pods & 2 bottles of keurig cleaner, said they would send a replacement machine. Exactly 2 days after receiving the new machine, the old keurig had no power at all. I appreciated the new keurig and I really like this model. I currently have 3 other keurigs. I hope they have better longevity.
Received my Keurig for a Christmas gift and it broke down not sure what happened called customer service after about a 10 minute phone call everything was taken care of and I had a replacement sent to me within 10 days and the machine works great, good coffee and great customer service!
I was super sad when my K-Supreme Plus just died on my all of the sudden. I had only had it for 2 months. They made it very easy to get a new one with no additional cost to me.
