This is an exact replacement for my "new, from last fall" coffee maker. I love this new design, more streamlined and more choices of oz. strength, and saving favorites. My coffee maker from last fall just pooped out, and, upon calling customer service, was told what to do after some trouble shooting. Replacement was smooth and quick. Back to making the wonderful coffee.
This product is malfunctioning. It is only producing about 2 ounces of liquid when using the k cups. Considering it is a replacement it hasn’t lasted a week. Very disappointed. We had the Vue which lasted for years with no problems.
My Brewer stopped working after about 4 months. When I called Keurig, they had me do some trouble shooting, when it didn’t help, they said no problem, since it was under Warranty, and sent me a new one. It is so important to register your appliances.
I love my K Supreme plus, not only because of its enhanced features, but because I can remove the bottom tray and use my tall, insulated coffee mug under it. Fine product, and terrific service on warranty replacement.
The first one I had did not work right, it would only give about 2 to 4 oz when 12 was selected the one that was sent as a replacement works very well .
I hope this 1 works after i descale it. The last one was working good until indecided tondescale it. Then it just turned off amd never powered up. Hope this one dont do it i went 3wks without coffee. Smh
