My keurig supreme quit working after 4 months. After calling the company, they sent me a new unit. I was pleased with their “no hassles” and quick response. It was nice to have cup of coffee again.
I got an email offer from Kuerig, and started doing my research. After looking at all the models available, my husband and I decided the Supreme plus was the right one for us. We have limited space for our Kuerig, and the versatility of being able to switch the coffee tank from side to side, or back was perfect! the tank comes off easily to carry it to the sink for refills. just sets back into place, no awkward piece of plastic to slide it onto and risk spillage. Now, the coffee with the new mutli-stream technology is a big hit! Our coffee is better than ever.
This product was a replacement for one that just quit working. We called the warranty number and given all the information and a replacement was shipped. After receiving we returned the other one as requested.
