My Supreme plus just up and died one day. I called in and my customer service representative was very sympathetic and with just a few simple questions my new machine was on its way. Absolutely no hassle or loopholes. I'm very happy with this company.
We are on our 3rd or 4th maker that each one after about 6-7 weeks starts blinking the “descale” light and upon calling the costumer help center they send us a now machine. ???
I purchased the newest Keurig and unfortunately, it died within 3 months. Customer service was friendly and very professional. I was mailed a new machine and so far it works perfect! Really hoping whatever the main malfunction was, doesn't happen to this one!
Even though I find the K-Supreme adequate in brewing coffee I am disappointed in two important aspects of Keurig. First, my first K-Supreme brewer failed after only three months of three cups a day usage. A poor experience in product quality. Second, it was a major inconvenience in making an adjustment - requiring multiple phone calls and emails. If Keurig is going to market a product of such poor quality it should at least make adjustments easier. When there is an alternative to K-Cup brewers by another manufacturer I will opt to choose it over Keurig.
Had to return 3 from the place I purchased it. Keurig sent me one from them. Huge difference! The water signal goes off much sooner than the other brewers and it makes more coffee per cup! Love this maker!
When my new Keurig K-Supreme Plus died after 3 months of service, I called Keurig and they had a new unit out to me within a day! That's what I call customer service!! The K-Supreme makes a great cup of coffee and I'm glad mine is back brewing on my countertop.
In one months time we have called customer support two times and are on our third machine. The first one just stopped working after 2 weeks of use. The second one was defective out of the box and had no hot water. The third one we’ve had for a week and so far, so good but we have t been off to a great start. Pros: the sleek modern design and the customer service reps have all been amazing. Cons: we are on our third machine in a month…it’s obviously cheaply made (but not cheap to buy).
