I love my new Keurig K-Supreme Plus Single Serve Coffee Maker because of the special features. All I have to do is hit one button and brew and I get my coffee the way I like it, strong and extra hot.

Bought in October and killed it in first cleaning!! I was very happy with the replacement speed. What I don’t like is how slow it drips into the cup. First Keurig was great. (One before Supreme plus). I like the large reservoir. Wonder why they didn’t want broken one back unless it’s a known issue for descaling

So I had bought, the old one. But for some reason it broke and I have to return it. The company has sent another one for me and it has been working great for me. Although I’ve been waiting to send the old one back, but they haven’t responded. I do notice that this company has a lot of the faulty. So just be very careful.

This is a warranty replacement. Loved my coffee maker but unfortunately it had an issue and quick working during the descaling process. Keurig was great and within a few days I had a replacement for the one that quick working. I love this one and enjoy a GREAT cup of coffee several times a day. The thing I love the most is being able to adjust the strength and the temperature of the coffee. I can make a cup of coffee more to my taste than I could with my previous machines.
