The K-Supreme is my favorite Keurig coffee maker. It makes the best cup of coffee, and looks beautiful on my counter. This K-Supreme is a warranty replacement as my original malfunctioned while going through the descaling process. Keurig sent a replacement within one week. I am very happy with the product and the customer service.

This one I love It works a lot better than the one they sent me this one actually makes a good cup of coffee the other one from the beginning kept saying descale and then when it needed to descale it wouldn't and it kept taking forever to make a cup of coffee hated it I kept calling and complaining about it and finally they gave me another one that works perfect Thank you

This product worked fine for me, except the overhead lights "flickered" during the brew cycle. I tried to determine the cause, but it appeared to be the coffee maker itself. I contacted Keurig and they sent a replacement. Long story, short. It was my problem, not the coffee maker's. My apology was generously accepted.

I started using my new brewer Tuesday. I love it. The coffee tastes so much better! The extra holes provide extra water thru K Cup and that provides richer coffee flavor! Also, like adjustable temperature control and strength of coffee are choices on this one. Have used Keurig brewers for years and love them and the K Cups.
