This is a warranty replacement. Loved my coffee maker but unfortunately it had an issue and quick working during the descaling process. Keurig was great and within a few days I had a replacement for the one that quick working. I love this one and enjoy a GREAT cup of coffee several times a day. The thing I love the most is being able to adjust the strength and the temperature of the coffee. I can make a cup of coffee more to my taste than I could with my previous machines.

I got this at Christmas as a present. It worked great the coffee tasted amazing I was happy. I did a descale for the first time and the screen said descale after the process was already done. I googled everything to fix it and nothing worked so I used it with it saying descale all the time. I have a issue now with coffee grounds in all my coffee cups. So disappointed since its only a few months old with so many problems.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My original K-Supreme stopped working after11 months of use. I contacted Keurig customer service on a Saturday and within ten days I received a new machine. I like the ability to preset my strength and temperature user settings for a great cup of coffee every time.

I bought this Keurig exactly 3 months ago. One morning, it totally quit. It had no lights at all. Customer Service had no problem issuing a replacement. He was able to pull up my original invoice, just by giving the date of purchase. I received a brand new in 2 days. Great job
