I replaced another smaller unit six months ago with this unit. I liked the larger reservoir with this one, and it looks better. Last week it died for no reason, I was bummed. Called customer service, provided purchase information and they sent me a new one. Received it three days later, AWESOME customer service. Would highly recommend this product even though the first one died. It has a number of options I didn’t know I needed. You will be satisfied.
We purchased the new K-Supreme Plus the first week of April. The features on this new machine make the hefty price tag a real deal. It would have been nice to have all of these new features years ago. This machine has, obviously, had a lot of thought behind it and show huge innovative design not seen since the first Keurig many years ago.
With that said, we have had a problem since day one. Even after running 4 containers of water through the machine before making the first cup there remained a strong taste of plastic or some kind of chemical. After several tries we finally contacted Keurig who promptly sent a new machine. We went through the same process with the new machine and found the same issue. So, we thought this must be a break-in process and it would get better. Returned the "new" machine and continued with the original. After 3 weeks there has been no improvement. It helps if you first flush the system by brewing a 10 oz. cup without a coffee pod. And then make your coffee. First cup in the morning is the worst. But even in the afternoon you need to "flush" before making that cup. It seems that sitting unused for a long time makes the chemical taste much stronger. Annoying, to say the least.
I will be interested to see if this problem occurs with others.
The next question Keurig is asking is if you would recommend this product to a friend. That is hard to answer. The product improvement are wonderful. The taste is a problem. So I am torn. I will answer "No" so that maybe this review will be noticed by someone as being an issue that could be looked at.
Well, we used our new one and used for 3 months before it completely died. Got the replacement, after a long wait, used it for 3 days and the "DESCALE" came on. Obviously, I was not happy. I descaled it and it seems to be okay now. We shall see! I'll be keeping my old coffee pot on the counter just in case.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Sputters coffee all over my countertop, I descaled it and couldn’t get the descaler light to go off, I tried numerous reset procedures, none of them worked.. I got this coffeemaker in November 2020, it stopped working April 2021,,, horrible coffeemaker!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Coffee maker is very sleek and fits nicely on the counter. I like the ability to select a strength and temperature of the coffee. I have noticed that there are coffee grounds left in the cup when brewing multiple cups. Running the coffee maker using water only takes care of this. All in all I am very satisfied with my purchase.
