Bought my k-supreme plus in December. Love everything about it - quiet operation, small footprint, solid build quality, even the programming options that I initially thought were a marketing gimmick ended up being a big hit fir the family. Unfortunately in March the power module just died. I’ve owned (and own) at least six Keurig’s since they first hit the market (we were early adopters who received a free machine during a marketing blitz), never had a serious issue before so notching this up to a bad egg. It’s happens. Called customer support, had a great experience (wish I could recall the fellows name) and in 10 minutes had a replacement on the way. Arrived within four days and i couldn’t be happier. Greet machine. Great support. Thank you keurig.

Works good but only lasts for 2-3 months

Bought in November 2020 it stopped working in 3 months got a replacement that one worked for 2 months now on my third one. I just hope that it lasts for a year but that might be expecting too much from Keurig
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

When my K cup supreme Plus machine stopped dispensing the correct amouts, I called the company. After going through a troubleshooting routine that didn't fix the issue, they immediately sent me a replacement.
