This is a great coffee maker. I love the settings for strength and temperature. I plan to buy another for our camper.

Blows circuit breakers over and over.

Apparently this issue of constantly tripping circuit breakers is a widespread issue with this model. Lucky if we get one cup out of it. I’m told earlier models don’t do this. Sorry, this is going back.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I didn’t expect a replacement but I’m so happy. I love my new coffee maker. Ever since I saw the new coffee maker I new I had to have one. I was bummed when it quit on me but you guys came through and replaced it and I received my new one in 3 days. That was so fast thanks again!
I called Keurig to get some advice on how I could fix my current Keurig coffee maker. The Keurig rep was very helpful and upon getting all the information on what I had done in an attempt to fix my maker quickly got approval to replace the coffee maker since it was still under warranty. A few days later my new maker arrived. I can now enjoy a cup of coffee on the spur of the moment. Thank you Keurig for a wonderful product.
