Unfortunately first machine went out within first year. Otherwise like oversized reservoir and various strength levels an mug sizes. Will reserve final judgement when this replacement machine makes a year.
I love the coffee the Keurig machines make. I had recently purchased one (6 months) and it failed. They tried to trouble shoot over the phone, but it still would not work. They replaced it at no charge, without any hassle. My only beef is it took a week to arrive rather than picking one up at the same retail outlet I bought mine. But it wouldn't have been expected, so still 5 stars.
I like the large water reservoir. It takes a little longer to brew a cup of coffee because it has to heat the water while you wait. It does give you a better options for how you would like to tailor your cup of coffee. My first unit would not power up after 3 months of usage. Service department great and replacement unit arrived quickly.
Our coffee maker we received for Christmas stopped working completely, wouldn't even turn on. One five minute call to Keurig and we are enjoying great coffee again with a new coffee maker. No hassle, no argument, just honest, old fashioned concern that we had a good experience and were happy. We are.
