I love this Keurig Coffee Maker! It's easy to use and the coffee tastes great. With several coffee drinkers in the house, I appreciate the "favorites" option so each of our preferences are available with the touch of a button. There was just one issue: When I got the message on the machine to Descale, the process would not fully complete (the descale light would not go off). I called Customer Service and we walked through a Descale cycle and they agreed there was a problem with it. I received a brand new replacement coffee maker within days. Hopefully, when the time comes, this one will descale without any problems.
First one I bought stopped working after 4 and 1/2 months. Was happy the warranty was good for 1 year. Called customer service, sent in photos and my proof of purchase and had a new one in about a week and a half. So far it's my favorite model.
We had this same model for 3 months before it quit working for good. Customer service quickly helped to get a replacement and walked through the whole process to ensure We received the replacement correctly.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Just bought this one. Still trying to figure out how to make a cup of hot tea. My old coffee maker had a button for hot water.
