Bought a K-Supreme Plus, received a 'Walmart Only' K-Latte. Called Customer Service last Monday, 11/8 to exchange, CS Rep hasn't followed through. Epic fail on Keurig so far. Probably just return the K-Latte and cancel my K-Supreme Plus order.

Slow and does not brew selected cup size

I have had this machine for approx 1 year. I upgraded from a previous model due to the slim profile and handle on water reservoir. It worked great until the first descaling. Then the brew time got longer. Now, after 3 total descales, it only brews 6 oz of coffee no matter what size we choose (although one brew this morning only produced 2 ounces of coffee) and it takes forever. It’s also now extremely noisy and spews and sputters the entire brew cycle. It looks much better than it performs. I’ve been a Keurig user for years, this machine has been a huge disappointment, especially given the cost.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Dont buy if looking for a coffee maker that lasts

Love everything about this coffee maker except it stops working. Keurig is great and they are now sending me my third brewer as the first two failed and just stopped powering up. Cant say I would purchase another if and when this one fails. I usually dont give reviews but felt compelled to share my experience since it has been repeated over and over and not just a fluke.

Great coffee!! but...

We have had our Supreme Plus for two years and it is great! It started out at our mountain house and we brought it to the city when our 8 yr old Keurig died. Ours keeps the descaling alert on when you first power up (for no more than a couple seconds) but we use filtered water and I have a cleaning schedule of my own and don't rely on the machine. Other than that, it has been fabulous! I was going to purchase a second one to go in our other house but see several reviews in very recent days/months of these not lasting. Hmmmm...might be a back cycle for Keurig. Going to hold off until we see more recent reviews that are positive. Thanks to everyone for your posts.

I love the K-Supreme Plus with the new MultiStream technology and slim concept even with the 78 oz water reservoir. I use the shot mode to make espresso with Cafe Bustelo and love it, and the other options to make regular coffee.
