Our coffee maker we received for Christmas stopped working completely, wouldn't even turn on. One five minute call to Keurig and we are enjoying great coffee again with a new coffee maker. No hassle, no argument, just honest, old fashioned concern that we had a good experience and were happy. We are.
Very happy with my new Keurig. Very attractive style with a smaller footprint than the older models. With a new part that pierces the kcup in several places, you get a much more flavorful cup of coffee!
My daughter purchased a K-Supreme Plus for me as a Christmas present. I called Keurig and explained a situation that existed due to a scheduled descaling. Unfortunately, the coffee maker kept on indicating that it had to be descaled when that had already been accomplished. After troubleshooting with me, the Keurig representative said that I would be receiving a replacement because I took time to register the appliance. I am happy that I took the time to register my gift and even more happier that it was replaced and I now have a new coffee maker and a warranty on this replacement.
My daughter bought the original one for me for Christmas. It burned out in 3 months. I bought one from a retail store in April. It was defective. I hope this one lasts longer.
