We had this same model for 3 months before it quit working for good. Customer service quickly helped to get a replacement and walked through the whole process to ensure We received the replacement correctly.

Just bought this one. Still trying to figure out how to make a cup of hot tea. My old coffee maker had a button for hot water.
Unfortunately first machine went out within first year. Otherwise like oversized reservoir and various strength levels an mug sizes. Will reserve final judgement when this replacement machine makes a year.
I love the coffee the Keurig machines make. I had recently purchased one (6 months) and it failed. They tried to trouble shoot over the phone, but it still would not work. They replaced it at no charge, without any hassle. My only beef is it took a week to arrive rather than picking one up at the same retail outlet I bought mine. But it wouldn't have been expected, so still 5 stars.
I like the large water reservoir. It takes a little longer to brew a cup of coffee because it has to heat the water while you wait. It does give you a better options for how you would like to tailor your cup of coffee. My first unit would not power up after 3 months of usage. Service department great and replacement unit arrived quickly.
