I got the K-Supreme plus for Christmas. After only 3 months it just stopped working. Turned off and would not come back on. I called customer service and they were wonderful! Sent me a new replacement in less than a week. I love this brewer and the customer service that came with it. Highly recommend!
Before previous maker stopped working I was disappointed in the size of the 12 oz seem too small. It also could be hotter on the hottest setting. Replacement seems the same. While waiting for replacement I broke out my old mini and it actually satisfied my needs quiet well. So now I have two coffee makers side by side am able to use either.
Had to return our original Keurig because of descale msg kept appearing. Customer Service folks really helpful and cordial. Had a new one in less than a week.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I got this Kuerig for Christmas and within two months the Kuerig malfunctioned. I called the company because my husband and I LOVE this machine. They assured me that it was a product problem and offered to send us a new machine. THEY DID. We had a new machine on our doorstep within 5 days. We were sooo excited as we love the coffee and the instant brew of coffee. Thank you and I would recommend this company and product to everyone as their customer service is wonderful.
