I love my K-Supreme Plus Keurig! It is stylish and does not take a lot of counter space. The features are perfect for brewing a great cup of coffee. I received this replacement coffee maker in about a week. The customer service was top-notch! He did everything possible to remedy the situation.
I am very happy with the new features of the new style brewer. That is the reason I replaced my older Keurig, that I had used everyday for years. So when it shut off on me and would not turn back on, I was upset. I had it for about 4 months before it gave me a problem. I thought I was in for a fight over warranty. I could not have been more wrong. The customer service was above outstanding. I called and explained what had happened, and within fifteen minutes there was a new brewer heading my way. I received it in 3 days and was back to great coffee once again. The new machine seems to be doing well for the couple of weeks I have had it. I think my troubles with it are in the past. Thank you Keurig, for valuing your customers time, standing behind your products. I truly wish other companies would perform customer service this way. What a beautiful world it would be....
