I bought this under a year ago and love it. Unfortunately it just quit working, no power, nothing. I had registered my coffee maker & am so glad I did! Good customer service & very easy instructions. It was replaced in 10 days or so. No shipping costs, no returning the broken one. Love it!
I’ve owned a few keurig coffee makers over the years and have little to no problems with them. Even handed them down when upgrading to later model. When the latest one started “shorting“ the amount delivered I contacted keurig support. Got thru quickly and when the analyst determined it was a defect they sent a brand new out. I can’t say that is a common experience for me. Keurig certainly has a very satisfied customer who will continue to purchase their products.
I love the presets. First thing in the morning, I don't want to be forced to make choices. The presets make it really easy to get that first cup of coffee going without having to think about it.
I k supreme stopped working. I did all the internet trouble shooting, no good. I then did what I should have done right off. I called about the warranty, long story short, they were soo helpful, agreed that it was broken and sent me out a new one with in days. Thanks again!
My K-Supreme Plus died during the descale process. Thankfully it happened while still under warranty. Calling Keurig for support and their quick resolution to replace my coffee maker was surprisingly easy. They honored the year warranty and I received a replacement about 7 days later. Since I ordered it online through them directly, the process was made even easier since I didn't have to provide proof of purchase - they had my order history in their system. And BTW - this coffee maker creates the best cup of coffee compared to their earlier models. 10 stars for being able to select a hotter and stronger cup of coffee for me and not as hot or strong for guests that might not like it my way.
