My Keurig stopped working in less than one month. I called Keurig customer service who advised me to send them a picture of the machine and serial number. I received a replacement Keurig within 3-4 weeks. Great customer service!!!
At least I knew how to operate some features that aren't covered in printed/on-line info; I had to make phone calls after purchasing one. The purchased one stopped working after just 2 months! Keurig gives 4 kinds of info about de-scaling - depending on web-site, bottle of pricey solution, phone call or scanty printed info with brewer. The best Keurig can do to unclog the 1 needle (NOT 5 as a representative told me by phone) is a paper clip; how up-to-date can the company be. And..the replacement splashes all over while brewing, just like the purchased one.
This is my 3rd machine. The all just stopped working, the two replacements both machines when they brew they smell and taste like burnt plastic. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!! Will never buy another keurig again!
I am really enjoying this product. I have already recommended it to my friends who couldn’t lift a coffee pot after surgery. Everyone is very happy with this choice.
We purchased our original up grade in January. Love the features and the ease of use. However we were concerned by the frequency of descaling. We used the Keurig solution to descale three times. The last time the machine smoked and stopped working. We hope the replacement lasts longer.
My replacement is better than the first one I received but, this just does not make as good a cup as my "2.0" did. Not sure why but coffee just taste different. I feel the K-Supreme Plus needs to tweaked.
