Very happy with the warranty service that I received. I really like this model, I can get a nice hot fresh tasting cup of coffee when I want it. Being able to set the temperature, and strength is a great feature. I was actually told to start with that I wouldn't be able to get the same model, that it was no longer available. I was very happy to find out that I would get an exact replacement after all. Thanks again!

Purchased the unit with the multi stream and wish I didn't. Very slow and would like it to fill 16oz or a travel mug, very disappointed. Taste seems the same to me as the old. I also could not descale the unit so Keuring sent another, just disappointed. I will say Keurig did stand by the product and send me another one, they are outstanding.

I bought 6-months ago, had an issue which was quickly resolved and a replacement coffee maker was sent to me. What I like most is this fits perfectly on my counter next to a wall and takes up less space than previous Keurig coffee makers. Very grateful for the replacement, shipped quickly!

I bought this in January and it apparently has a timed setting that tells you when to descale it. The machine needs descaled every 30 days. I don’t really understand that, my Cuisinart only needed done about every 6 months, it lasted over 5 years. It was still working but slowing down, I replaced it with this keurig, which quit working after 2 1/2 months. It would brew short cups, it splattered everywhere, it decided it needed water ALL THE TIME! I would unplug the and fill the reservoir and fought with it for over a week like that just to get a cup of coffee. I called Keurig, they sent me a new one. But I am afraid to rely on it. So I bought a cuisinart for a backup. Definitely READ THE REVIEWS ON THIS ONE!
